Before we start looking for your ideal home, we will ask you about your own expectations and wishes in regard to location, neighbourhood, infrastructure, proximity to work and schools as well as your budget. Already in this early preparatory stage, we will provide you with detailed advice about which suburbs and towns will meet best your requirements. In the next step, we´ll search the market for suitable properties and present you with a selection. We accompany you on property inspections and assist you with tenancy agreement negotiations. Before signing the tenancy agreement, we´ll provide you with a summary of all the important points. If renovations to the choosen property are necessary or desired, you can rely on our pool of experienced and reliable tradespeople.
