Real Estate & Pre-check Visit: Securing Your Rental Deposit
We support the entire property return process:
Pre-check Visit: We conduct a preliminary inspection of the property. During this, we compare the current condition with the original move-in protocol.
Documentation of Defects: We record necessary repairs or renovations together with the tenant and owner. This provides early clarity regarding the scope of work.
Notice Period Management: We ensure compliance with the notice periods of your tenancy agreement.
Coordination of Service Providers: We arrange professional partners for final cleaning and the minor repairs (Schönheitsreparaturen) discussed during the pre-check visit.
Official Property Handover: We accompany the final handover protocol and support the prompt refund of the rental deposit.
Authorities & De-registrations
We ensure all files are closed correctly:
De-registration at the Citizens’ Office: We handle the official de-registration of your residence in Frankfurt or the Taunus municipalities (Bürgeramt).
De-registration with Utility Providers: Electricity, water, gas, and heating are de-registered as of the moving date.
Mail Forwarding: We ensure that important documents reach you at your new location.
Contract & Account Management
We dissolve all local ties:
Cancellation of internet, mobile phone, and insurance contracts.
De-registration from national broadcasting fees (GEZ), nursery places, and school contracts.
Support with closing bank accounts and the de-registration of vehicles.
